Pricing
Licensed by concurrent sessions, not seats
Per-seat pricing makes enterprise rollout expensive. DataQube gives your whole organization access through a shared annual pool of concurrent sessions—sized for peak simultaneous use, not users, queries, or reports.

01How licensing works
Concurrency, explained
Per-seat pricing discourages the broad rollout an analysis platform needs. With DataQube, everyone can have access. You license only the people actively working at the same time.
What counts as a concurrent session?
A concurrent session is one person actively working with DataQube. Ten sessions means ten people can analyze at once—while your entire organization can have access. When someone is inactive, their session returns to the pool automatically.
Why not per-seat?
Per-seat pricing forces teams to limit access before they know where adoption will emerge. Concurrency lets analysts, auditors, and executives use the platform without paying for accounts that sit idle.
Does licensing work without internet access?
Yes. Your deployment validates a signed license file locally—no license server, callbacks, or internet connection required. Renewals are delivered as a file through your normal change-control process.
